Agon Management is a property management firm specializing in single family homes, condos, and town houses in the Washington, DC Metro area. We serve individual property owners who plan on renting their homes out for a defined period of time, real estate investors who own rental property as a long term investment, and condo/home owners associations.

Along with being licensed property managers, we also have licensed Realtors on staff. This allows us to access the Multiple Listing Service, which enables us to provide back much more accurate comparable rental figures, and also allows us the ability to advertise your property for rent to the largest possible audience of potential renters.Unlike many property management firms where the principals don’t actually own any investment real estate themselves, at Agon Management all the principals are also active real estate owners and investors, and so understand the unique challenges and opportunities associated with owning rental property.

As licensed property managers, Realtors, and active real estate owners and investors, we are able to bring a variety of skills to bear in order to effectively price your property to maximize income and minimize the time it’s vacant, screen tenants, administering the lease properly and in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations, ongoing reporting back to our owners.
