Along with the typical credit and background checks that most property management companies do, we have a variety of unique, ”next level’ tenant screening techniques to ensure that only those tenants who will truly take excellent care of the property will be placed.
We go through a comprehensive ‘move-in’ checklist to ensure that your tenants will leave the property the way that they found it, and if for whatever reason there have been any changes to the property condition, we have irrefutable documentation and can respond accordingly.
We are familiar with rental and eviction laws in DC and VA and take action immediately for any late rent payment.
As property owners ourselves, we have an established network on contractors who provide us with ‘preferred pricing’ that we can then pass along to our clients.
We provide back monthly income and expense reports documenting exactly what income has been received and what expenses have been incurred. We inform the owner of any maintenance issues and provide them with a quote from one of our qualified contractors that must be approved before any work is contracted.
